PROGRAM DESCRIPTION

This course introduces students to advanced topics in intelligent systems like computer graphics, image processing, computer vision, artificial neural networks, and robot intelligence and so on.

ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 graduate or mature student status (British Columbia 19 years or older)
• Meet minimum English language proficiency requirements.

Upon completion of this program the successful student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to

  • Demonstrate general concepts of computer graphics
  • Demonstrate general concepts of image processing
  • Demonstrate general concepts of computer vision
  • Demonstrate general concepts of artificial neural networks
  • Demonstrate general concepts of robot intelligence
  • Assessment will consist of quizzes, exams, and assignments.

Students must pass the course with at least 60%.
